REFUND POLICY

Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The product amount will be credited back to his/her wallet/Bank A/c as requested once we have received the products and quality check is done.
To schedule a return, please register Return in the 'My Orders' section of your account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then let us know the product you require and we will ship the replacement product.
Any product being returned needs to be provided in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

For the return request you can simply Contact us within 7 days from the delivery date with order details (Reason for Return, Order Number, AWB No/Courier Docket No). Once the query received, we will contact you within 24-48 hours on the registered e-mail or phone number to understand and resolve your issues.

Cancellation Policy

We have an easy and hassle free cancellation process available for our valuable customers. You can simply contact us with your Order ID before the products shipped to you and you will get your entire order amount refunded.

Partial order cancellation request is not acceptable. You need to cancel complete order of particulars order ID.

Refund Policy

We initiate your refund process once the products will reaches to us and inspection will done. We initiate refund after 24-72 hours of inspection. The refund amount will get credited in your bank account or mode of payment chosen by you at purchase time. In case of COD orders, refund will be done through NEFT. Please contact us for COD order refund.

We require product details as mentioned below for refund:

If incomplete order received: we required tag images.
If products different (not exact that ordered: we required products images.
If defective products received: Product image required.
In case of wrong product receive: we required products and tag images.
In case wrong sizes receive: we required products and tag images.
If product color blurred or faded: we required products images.
