SHIPPING POLICY

We offer complimentary courier services for all domestic orders/purchases. Orders/purchases above INR 500 will incur actual shipping charges.


Please ensure that you provide a complete shipping address along with a working phone number for our courier company to contact you at the time of delivery. Shipments returned to us due to incomplete or invalid shipping addresses will be subject to a return shipping fee. MEN IN BLUE is not responsible for return-to-sender fees, and the client will be responsible for paying the courier fees for resending such orders. To avoid this, please ensure that all your information is correctly filled out before finalizing your order at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send orders/purchases to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Once your payment has been credited, domestic ready-to-ship orders/purchases will take 24 to 48 working hours to process, which equates to 1 to 2 working days. Once dispatched, domestic couriers will take a minimum of 3 working days and a maximum of 7 working days to reach their destination. Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to you for tracking your courier.

Any unexpected discrepancies or delays in your order will be communicated to your registered email address. Please check your email regularly for updates on your purchase.

Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends and national holidays. Orders placed after 4pm on Saturday may not be processed until the following Monday.
